Is there a consignor fee?A non-refundable consignor fee of $10 is due at the time of registration.
How much does a consignor make? Consignors receive 50% of the selling price for their items. A consignor can earn 60% of her sales if she joins our Circle(Mint) of Friends by referring a friend to consign. The friend must enter the consignor's name in the "How did you hear about us?" field. With the RewardMint program, returning consignors who you have consigned with CircleMint three or more times, also earn 60% of their total sales.
Who determines the selling price? The consignor does.

Is there a limit to the number of items I may consign? No, currently there is no limit.
Does all clothing have to be on hangers? Yes. All clothes must be on hangers.
How do I price my items? As a general rule, price your items at 1/4 to 1/3 of the original retail price. If an item is like new and name- brand, you can price it higher. Price your items to sell. Please price items in $.50 increments (i.e. $.50, $1.00, $1.50, etc.). See our suggestions for pricing for more information.
What happens if I don't pick-up my unsold items? Items that are not picked up during the designated pick-up time will be donated to charity.
Can I have a friend pick-up and/or drop off my items? Yes, friends can drop off and/or pick up your items. When dropping off, they will need your consignor number, phone number and email to check you in, and they are responsible for distributing the items around the sales floor.
When will I get my check? Checks will be mailed 2 weeks after the sale.
Is there an entrance fee? No.
Can I bring a stroller or a wagon to the sale? Unfortunately because of space, we cannot allow strollers.

Can I bring my children to the sale? Of course children are welcome, but please do not leave them unattended.
Can I bring a shopping basket/bag? Sure!
Will you have brand new items or just used items? We do get some new items, with tags still attached.
Will you still have the sale if it rains or snows? The sale will go on regardless of the weather. The sale is indoors.
Why are identical items priced differently? Each consignor prices their own items.
Can I return an item? No, all sales are final. No exceptions.
How often do you have these sales? CircleMint holds sales twice a year. Typically, the spring/summer sale is in April and the fall/winter sale is in September.
Do I have to be a consignor to volunteer? No, anyone can volunteer.
May I bring my children during my volunteer shift? No, it will be difficult for you to volunteer and watch the little ones at the same time.
What happens if I don't show up for my volunteer shift? We count on our volunteers to make our sale a success. If you know you cannot fulfill your shift, please give us 24 hours notice.
Can I sign up for more than one shift? Yes, if you volunteer for two shifts, you may bring a friend to the Private Sale.
What about recalled items? It is important to us that only safe products are offered at our sale, therefore we ask that each consignor carefully check that none of their items have been recalled before bringing them to our sale. As the seller/owner of an item, it is the responsibility of the consignor to ensure that each item meets the required safety standards.
